Firstly I would like to congratulate you on your excellent choice of staff. The ladies who look after us are friendly, attentive, and most of all thorough. So much so that they feel like a genuine part of our team!

Following our curry event the other night we returned to work the next morning to find the office in perfect order, including the removal of the curry stains from the new carpet!

The standard of cleaning is excellent, they are always looking for solutions to problems or to better the service. Having struggled in the past I really can not praise them highly enough.

In addition, the results of the deep clean at the point of switchover from the previous company were astonishing. The foyer looked completely different and certainly made a difference for our open day. Although the change in the carpets was most obvious, the overhaul and cleaning of the toilets was noticed by all. Since then the ladies have been intent on keeping the area to the same standard.

I think it speaks volumes for your work and organisation that our neighbours have asked you to take over their cleaning and cleaning services.

We are a very happy building.

Sharon and Pete Chance provided a seamless transition from our previous supplier. They managed the TUPE process for the existing cleaning staff without any difficulty and proceeded to manage them in delivering a greatly higher standard of service than we were receiving previously.

The changes that have occurred since ICE took over the delivery of the service are significant. The building is markedly cleaner, consumable supplies are consistent and sufficient, the morale of the cleaning team is better and I have full confidence that our building will open to the public clean and presentable every day.

Both Pete and Sharon are incredibly responsive to any request or enquiry i have and always deliver in a timely fashion.

I would have no qualms in recommending ICE due to Pete and Sharon’s dedication, flexibility, reliability, general good attitude and business management skills. I believe that they could only be an asset to your business.

Sharon and her team provide excellent customer service, at Strawberry we strive for high quality service and expect this from all our contractors we work with, ICE service is second to none.

On instruction it is usually the same day, sometimes even hour that keys are being collected for the cleaning work required, ICE very quickly realised that we son’t have a great deal of time between lets and we don’t want a new tenant to take on a dirty property.

Standards of how properties are left nowadays is quite bad, despite a vacating tenant having a four page guide on how we expect the house to be left, ICE make it very easy for us as on occasion we have 24/48 hours to ensure the property is ready for the next tenant.

The standard of cleaning ICE do is fantastic, they are very conscientious and check with us on any queries in order for the job to be done correctly.

I would not look to use another cleaning contractors as long as ICE are in business and would have no hesitation to recommend them, thank you for your  continuous support in making our properties shine!

In March 2014, I hired I.C.E Industrial Cleaning to come and clean the carpets in a rented residential property that i was about to vacate.

Initially it was Sharon who came over to assess what needed to be done. She gave an honest and fair assessment of the job and provided a really competitive quote that suited me and my housemate perfectly.

I then had the pleasure of meeting Sharon’s husband Pete who arrived at the property on the agreed date and at precisely the agreed time to begin work.

Not only was he extremely friendly and great to chat to, he also did a fantastic job at cleaning the carpets and lifting the pile.

When the letting agency carried out the final inspection of the property they were delighted to find the carpets in a condition that they quoted as being ‘a million times better than they remembered’.

The great work that Pete and Sharon did for us that day ensured the return of our full deposit for the tenancy of the property and this, along with their friendly nature, professionalism and honesty, is why i would not hesitate in calling upon them again nor in recommending their services to my closest friends, family and colleagues.

Ice Cleaning company have been cleaning Privategp.com for just over a year and we found the standard of cleaning excellent throughout. They are responsible for all aspects of cleaning the private Doctors surgery and Dr Pipers professional living quarters, including laundry and ironing.

They accommodate the hours of the surgery and work around the clinic hours to avoid any disruption or noise.

They always appear professional, pleasant and cheerful at all times.

The best thing we like about them most is the willingness and enthusiasm as they go about there work and their cheerful personalities. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
